Is there a minimum order quantity?
For the Best Pricing our minimum custom hat order requirement is 50 pieces per design. This is because we source the materials and build each hat from scratch to your specifications. 

Can I see a photo of my hat before it has shipped?
We try to accommodate by sending a photo update as often as possible. But we cannot guarantee this for every order since it may slow up production.

What is the turnaround time?
We strive to stick between a 5-8 weeks window for turn times. Some simple hats may be faster, some others with unique fabrics or customizations may take longer. But almost never longer than the estimated 5-8 weeks.

Why was I short a hat when they arrived?
There is a 3% spoilage allowance on orders that covers any defective hats that come through the line. We recommend ordering a few extra to be safe. Your account will be credited for any spoils up to 3% by request.

What is the price?
At the suggested quantity order of 50, All our hats are just $15.  The price per hat goes down the higher quanitiy ordered

Can I do something unique?
